A survey by Salary.com revealed that only 37% of people always negotiate their salaries—while an astonishing 18% never do. Furthermore, 44% of respondents report to have never brought up the topic of a salary increase during performance reviews.

In this interactive seminar, attendees will learn persuasive negotiation techniques as well as current salary trends and resources, to overcome this fear of negotiating while building confidence through role playing negotiation scenarios.
