The healthcare workforce faces unique challenges in the coming years. In this Health Forum, we explore the issues facing nurses and medical residents, including the challenges and rewards of interdisciplinary teams and nurse-physician collaborations to benefit patient outcomes. Our panelists will explore new practitioner models and the future roles of healthcare workers.
